KIMBERLEY
What I love about this transformation is that we achieved this weightloss without any drastic measures at all. She loves coming to training, the necessary changes we made to achieve this was balancing her energy in and output. We didn’t change her food choices, just tracked what she ate and made sure it was within a few guideline targets. She still ate out for lunch most days at work, AND she still enjoyed her drinks and food out with friends on the weekends. The smallest of change was made, and yet we achieved this amazing result which is only just the beginning.
The physical changes you can see here is one thing, but the changes I see most is the knowledge she has talking about energy balance, he confidence she has gained. Once upon a time going to the beach for a walk wearing just her leggings and sports bra would have only been a dream. And now she rocks it with confidence.

NATHAN
This incredible transformation shows a 40kg weight loss!
We began with really small changes to nutrition, as Nathan does not like vegetables or anything he would have classified with the word 'healthy', and he doesn't like to cook. But, we made changes that were convenient, along side his training sessions to build strength and muscle.

JOSIE

Check out Josies’ muscular development. Josie was already fairly confident in the gym. She consistently trained, followed training app programs and ate well. Josie was able to achieve this transformation by following my monthly Sculpt program. Josie really enjoys having a new program to follow each month, it keeps her motivated to keep doing her best everyday she is in the gym.

BENNY
Benny achieved this transformation in 12 weeks. Benny used to eat a typical chicken, rice and vegetable strict meal plan. But, quickly learnt how to flexible diet, and enjoy delicious meals such as nachos and treats like Krispy Kremes on a daily basis instead.
What I love more than this amazing physical transformation, is how he embraced the flexible dieting and can now maintain such a physique without restriction. His total weightloss is over 20kgs and more than 10% bodyfat.

TENIELL
Teniel was a small frame to begin with, and I wish we had a photo before we built some muscle! These photos are just from her bodyfat reduction phase. We spent some time putting on muscle and building her metabolism, and then we proceeded to go into a weightloss phase where we lost 7kg in 12 weeks. Teniell was 110% dedicated to the process and she learnt about energy balance, nutrition, and flexible dieting along the way.

Ranj
You might look at this transformation and think that he must have lived a life of restriction to achieve this. But, you would be pleased to know that Ranj trained only 3 x per week, and the majority of this transformation took place during lockdown, training from home with minimal equipment. His calories did not go lower than his starting calories, and his food choices were very flexible. Ranj has learnt and embraced the flexible dieting methods I teach, and is enjoying the flexibility and sustainability it provides.

SHONA
Shona is an absolute inspiration. During our time working together, we have worked on strength and skills that apply to her sport paddling - Shona competes in elite paddling and this year won the World Championships representing Australia. We also work on getting stronger and more able to do daily tasks - like standing up from a chair and walking - we have seen amazing progress and recently achieved walking completely unassisted!
