Meal Prep does not need to take up your entire Sunday. Most of my meal preps for a few days at a tie are done in 30 minutes flat to make 3 different super delicious and easy meal choices.This dish is super quick to prep in a few minutes and leave to bake in the oven, it can be portioned up to fit your macros easily.I have made this mix to serve with rice, flavoured rice and on wraps, but let me know if you have any other ideas for it!I just mix it up, chick it in the oven and pop the rice cooker on while I get onto prepping other meal choices that are just as easy to prepare!Meals like this keep me on track to grab and go on my busy work days!
